Refund Policy

Digital Services

Purchases made through NerdBallerTV Live are for digital interactive livestream services, including but not limited to:

• AI Text-to-Speech (TTS) messages
• Voice messages
• Media sharing
• Interactive livestream features
• Future digital engagement services

Because these services are digital and may be delivered immediately, refunds are limited.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Once your purchased interaction has been:

• Approved by a moderator
• Played during a livestream
• Displayed publicly
• Delivered to the stream

it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund. This includes situations where:

• You changed your mind.
• You no longer wish for the message to play after approval.
• You dislike the AI voice or pronunciation.
• The livestream has ended after your interaction was delivered.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in situations including:

• Duplicate payments
• Accidental multiple purchases
• Technical failures that prevent delivery
• Payment processing errors
• Charges made in error
• A purchased interaction that cannot reasonably be delivered due to a platform issue

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.

Moderated Content

All submitted content may be reviewed before appearing on stream. If your submission violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws, we may reject or remove your submission. A rejected submission does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Issue a refund
• Allow you to edit and resubmit your content
• Decline the request if the violation is intentional or abusive

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, loss of access to the Service, and restrictions on future purchases.

Payment Processor

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution but are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Canceled Livestreams

If a livestream is canceled before your purchased interaction is delivered, we may issue a refund, allow the interaction to be used during a future livestream, or offer another reasonable resolution at our discretion.

Technical Issues

If your interaction cannot be delivered due to a technical issue caused by NerdBallerTV Live, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will investigate and determine whether a refund or another resolution is appropriate.
